Complete Event Management
From the first idea to the final wrap-up, we can plan and coordinate the entire event with you.
How We Work
From a single photographer to an entire wedding, from décor for a birthday to production for a corporate event, we start by understanding what you need and build from there.
Work with us your way
Event planning doesn't have to be all or nothing. Our role can be as broad or as focused as the event requires.
From the first idea to the final wrap-up, we can plan and coordinate the entire event with you.
Already have most things handled? Bring us in for only what you need: décor, photography, artists, catering, hospitality, production or anything in between.
Sometimes you don't need someone to run the whole event. You just need clarity, recommendations, budgeting help or a plan you can execute yourself.
If the planning is already done, we can step in to coordinate vendors, timelines and execution when the event actually happens.
Our approach
A 40-person birthday dinner needs a very different plan from a three-day wedding, a corporate launch, a jagran or a live performance.
The scale can change. The services can change. The process stays thoughtful.
Start with the essentials: what you're celebrating or organising, the date, location, approximate guest count, budget, what is already booked and where you need help.
You don't need a perfect brief. An idea, a date or even a problem you need solved is enough to begin.
Then we talk about the experience itself. The mood, priorities, people involved, traditions, practical constraints, non-negotiables and the things you definitely do not want.
References help, but they're not required. A Pinterest board, an Instagram save or simply a feeling can all be useful starting points.
We separate what you've already handled from what still needs attention and agree on exactly what we will take responsibility for.
One service or the whole event. Both are completely valid.
Once the scope is clear, we help translate the available budget into realistic priorities before major commitments are made.
The importance of the occasion should not mean the budget has to keep stretching.
For events that need creative planning, we develop the overall direction: how the space should feel, how guests move through it and how the different pieces should connect.
A corporate launch should not feel like a wedding. A jagran should not feel like a birthday party. A concert has very different requirements from an intimate dinner.
The process stays thoughtful. The outcome changes completely depending on the occasion.
We source and shortlist the people, places and services your event actually needs rather than handing you an overwhelming directory.
We shortlist. You decide. We coordinate.
Before anything is finalised, we help compare proposals, clarify what is included and make sure expectations are documented clearly.
Threads of Amae becomes the connecting point between vendors, venues, hosts, families, teams and production requirements.
Before execution, we translate everything into a practical run-of-show so everyone knows where they need to be, what needs to happen and when.
The small operational details become our responsibility instead of becoming yours.
During the event, we manage the moving pieces so hosts, families, organisers and teams do not spend the occasion solving operational problems.
When relevant, we continue after the event to track pending vendor commitments, close payments and make sure agreed deliverables are followed through.
A well-managed event deserves a well-managed ending too.
What can this look like?
Threads of Amae isn't built around one kind of event. The occasion may be personal, cultural, professional, intimate or large-scale.
And if what you're planning isn't listed here, that doesn't mean it doesn't fit. Tell us what you're trying to create and we'll start there.
When the day arrives
Not the person running around trying to manage it.
Start with what you need
An entire event, one service or simply a little guidance. Tell us where you are and we'll help figure out what comes next.
